Terms of Use
Agentic Operations Academy · Effective July 24, 2026 · Draft pending legal review
By creating an account or using the Agentic Operations Academy ("the Academy"), you agree to these terms.
1. Purpose and eligibility
The Academy is a private, invitation-only training platform for agentic IT operations, provided to Cisco personnel and invited customer participants. Enrollment is controlled by Academy administrators; access is personal to you and tied to your invitation or cohort.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your password confidential. Do not share credentials or lab-environment access with others. If you believe your account has been compromised, notify your cohort lead immediately. We may reset credentials, suspend, or deactivate accounts to protect the platform or its learners.
3. Acceptable use
The Academy includes hands-on lab environments intentionally designed for staged failures and adversarial exercises — within the lab environment. You agree to: use lab tooling only against the lab slots assigned to you; not probe, disrupt, or attempt to access the accounts, submissions, or lab slots of other learners; not attempt to access administrative functions you have not been granted; and not use the platform to store or transmit unlawful content. Red-team techniques taught in the curriculum (for example, prompt-injection exercises) are authorized only inside the designated lab scenarios.
4. Course content and intellectual property
Curriculum content — lessons, diagrams, labs, scenarios, assessments — is provided for your personal learning within your organization's engagement with Cisco. You may not republish, resell, or redistribute course materials outside your organization without written permission. Trademarks (including Cisco and ThousandEyes marks) remain the property of their owners.
5. Your submissions
You retain ownership of the text you submit (decision logs). You grant the Academy the limited right to store your submissions, display them to your instructors and cohort administrators for review and grading, and retain them per the Privacy Policy. Do not include confidential production data, credentials, or personal data of others in submissions — labs are designed so that none is ever needed.
6. Badges and assessments
Badges reflect instructor-verified completion of curriculum requirements at the time of issue. They are a training credential, not a professional certification, license, or warranty of competence.
7. Availability and changes
The Academy is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We may modify curriculum content, features, or these terms, and may schedule maintenance windows, at any time. Material changes to these terms will be posted with a new effective date.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Academy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. The platform is a training environment; nothing in it constitutes operational advice for any specific production network.
9. Termination
We may deactivate accounts that violate these terms or at the conclusion of a training engagement. You may request account deletion at any time per the Privacy Policy.
